8 Reasons LIMOS Is Chosen
Engineered over 30 years of odor measurement expertise.
1. Fully Automated, Unmanned Operation
Deploy sensor units at measurement points. LIMOS collects data 24/7 in real-time via cloud,
eliminating manual patrol rounds. One parent unit manages up to 8 sensor units.
2. Data-Driven Protection
All measurement data is stored and exportable as CSV. Use historical records as objective
evidence during regulatory inspections or community inquiries.
3. Compact & Easy Setup
Only requires anchor-bolt mounting and power connection. Your existing contractors can
handle the installation—no specialized equipment needed.
4. Rich Options & Customization
Alert notifications, odor concentration conversion, wind speed/direction integration, and
more. Tailored to your specific odor management needs.
5. Field Test Before Purchase
We offer 1–2 week on-site demo tests with production-equivalent units. Verify sensor
response, communication reliability, and operational feasibility before committing.
6. Enterprise-Grade Security
ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) certified. SSL encryption, IP restrictions, WAF/IDS protection,
vulnerability scanning, and cyber insurance included.
7. 30 Years of Sensor Expertise
Over 2,000 sensors sold. Internal calibration designed by certified Odor Judges (national
qualification). Metal-oxide semiconductor sensors with proprietary signal processing.
8. Annual Maintenance Only
Maintenance is required just once per year. No special skills needed—any staff member can
perform the procedure, keeping ongoing costs minimal.

FAQ
How does the odor sensor work?
LIMOS uses a metal-oxide semiconductor sensor with a diaphragm pump to draw in air samples.
The sensor detects changes in electrical resistance caused by odor molecules, converting
them into numerical readings.
What is the maintenance schedule?
Maintenance is required only once per year. The procedure is simple enough for any staff
member—no specialized technician necessary.
Can I try before buying?
Yes. We offer on-site demo tests of 1–2 weeks with production-equivalent units. You can also
opt for a 1-month rental plan.
How many sensor units can be connected?
One parent unit can manage up to 8 child sensor units, covering multiple measurement points
across your facility.
Is the data secure?
Yes. The system is ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) certified with SSL encryption, IP access control,
WAF/IDS protection, and cyber insurance coverage. Data is stored in a Tier-4 data center in
Japan.
